MMO徒然さんの記事でパスワードの復旧について書いてありました。とても参考になったので私はアイテムロストに関して少しだけまとめたいと思います。

  • 連絡方法はまずin gameによるGMコールが挙げられます
  • もう1つはWoWCharHelp@Blizzard.comにハックされた事をE-mailで伝えることです

    このE-mailフォームログインできない状況では特に有効なものです。

  • ただし、その両方とも「アカウント所有者本人以外」からの依頼は受け付けないという鰤のセキュリティポリシーがあるので本人が頑張って交渉するしかありません。
    （鰤からしてみれば、所有者以外は全て"suspect"一応疑ってみる対象となるのでしょう）
  • 共通しているのは以下の項目をしっかり伝えること
    ＊ちなみに例え鰤相手といえどもアカウントのパスワードは書いちゃダメです。書く必要はありません。でもアカウントの名前はしっかり明記してください

  • 一番早い手段は鰤のサポートに電話することだそうです。
    実際にハックされてアイテムを戻してもらったVendettaのAlix氏は
    「いやーGMコールもしたけど対応が遅くてさ、結局電話したよ。電話だとCDキーを聞かれるんだけど、幸いメモしてあったから助かった。これが多分ベストだけど、GMコールとemailどっちも使うに越したことはないと思うよ」と話してくれました。
    ＊でも電話は公に推奨の手段として書かれていないので鰤側としてはなるべくE-mailなどのデジタルな手段で済ませたいのかも（憶測）
鰤のアイテム復旧のガイドライン
  • Account name：アカウントの名前
  • Character names：キャラクターの名前
  • Realms the characters are on：キャラクターの存在しているレルム
  • Level, class, and race of the characters：レベル、クラス、種族
  • Exact name of the items that were lost (if any)：ロストしたアイテム（もし全部ならAll）
  • The time and date of the loss (as precisely as possible)：いつロストしたか（今回の場合、いつハックされたかを伝えるとよいでしょう）
  • How the items or characters were lost (if you know)：これはロストした理由。なのでpossibly account hack by keyloggerとか書くのがよいと思われます。
以上をふまえて英作文をしてみます･･････

状況を「アカウントハックからパスワードを取り戻したけれど装備が全て無くなっており、アイテムも幾つか消えている。Goldも無いという状況。アカウントログインに失敗し出したのは日本時間の9月25日の午後6時から」 としてみます

I lost all my geares by account-hack. here I would like to describe the issue as following. Retrieving the equipments/items is what I am asking for.

Account name: ******アカウントの名前
Character names: 例えばIthork and Opt
Realms the characters are on: 例えばboth are on Ner'zhul server (U.S PvP Realm)
Level, Class, and race of the characters: 例えばIthork is Lv60 mage of Gnome and Opt is Lv60 priest of NightElf. they are on the Alliance faction.


Exact names of the items that were lost:例えば全部無くなっちゃったので列挙するのも大変だけど、大体の感じはmageがNetherwindが5つとQirajiのAcolyte Staffでpriestの方はtruefaith vestmentやprophecy circletなどがepicとして持ち合わせていました。それと、両方のキャラの所持金合計500Goldも消えています。
Well, I cannot remember every item I had. It's hard to write down since all gears are lost, or possibly disenchanted already. Just a quick note I could say the mage had 5 pieces of Netherwind Regalia (Robe, Mantle, Binding, Belt, Boots)and Blessed Qiraji Acolyte Staff and a few epic items. in addition the priest had Truefaith vestments and Circlet of Prophecy as goods in her stock. If it is necessary, I shall try to write as many as I can afterward.
Not only the equipments but gold my characters had has gone.

The time and date of the loss: I failed to log-in authorization at 6:00PM of Monday 25th September GMT. so it is 2:00AM of Mon. 25th Sep on PDT.
it  is supposedly the day that my account was hacked and the logger stole everything.
